Agree, also used server and port need to be probed by GET /storageservers?_target_type='iscsi' and displayed to user by a dropdown menu as nfs storage did.

Correct. Before the targets are got, the dropdown list will be disabled. In case the request takes long to response, will show a progress indicator. If the request failed, make is a textbox for user to input a target as before?

Yeap. You could also add this progress indicator to the NFS view =)
