For east coast locations I would suggest IBM or RH sites in North
Carolina (Raleigh or RTP); the RH site in Westford, or the IBM
research facility in Yorktown. NetApp also has a facility in NC at
RTP, as does Cisco.
depending on the number of attendees I'm not sure if Red Hat could host.
Hosting more than 25 in a productive fashion would be hard in Westford at least.
