Guys, I'm having a bit of a log jam with the facilities guys and looks
like 45-50max is what we have now, but the room is pretty big and I'm
sure we can fit almost twice as many chairs in there, just not sure why
the facilities guys are going low; will see for sure shortly.

I spoke with Itamar and we are going to put time in to get the
workshop
details and schedule worked as that will help people deciding to
come.

I've marked one for the first night (which I got some budget from
stevens for). We can maybe also do a social tues is someone else wants
to pick it up. My thoughts are to do something that will allow people

chat/ get to know each other
