In the Admin WebUI go to the following: 'Compute' - 'Clusters' Click on the cluster containing the Host. 'Logical Networks' Then click on 'Manage Networks' If I recall correctly I had the same issue a few years ago and unchecked 'Require All' for the Network in question.
