[ovirt-users] Branding: add link to welcome page without modifying whole template

Hi, Is it possible to add a custom login link to the welcome screen without copying whole page template. My aim is to add the same link to resulting welcome page programatically no matter whether engine is just a clean oVirt or with some (RHV) branding. -- David Jaša
