^^^ this looks suspicious. It seems like no port is passed to the client
from User Portal and spice-xpi subsequently tries 65535.

But then why would the connection be REFUSED? You should get (AFAIR),
timeout (110).
I suggest getting the VM's QEMU logs as well.
