Dear all,
So am running 3.6.3.4-1 on CentOS 7.2, and did a engine-setup.
I checked now, and see that ovirt-vmconsole-proxy was in fact
installed
(before, during or after, I don=E2=80=99t know).
[root@bio2-engine-server ~]# yum install ovirt-vmconsole-proxy

I couldn=E2=80=99t find in the docs, how to start the listener.
It is a regular systemd unit, so=20
# systemctl status ovirt-vmconsole-proxy-sshd=20
and=20
# systemctl start ovirt-vmconsole-proxy-sshd=20
If you want it at every boot (most likely yes)=20
# systemctl enable ovirt-vmconsole-proxy-sshd=20
