I'm getting the same issue above, and I have done a "yum reinstall
ovirt-release44", to no avail. The only other packages that are pending
updates are vmconsole-proxy-helper and websocket-proxy.

The OS stll appears to be CentOS 8 - how do I perform the conversion to
Stream? I can't find anything doco-wise about it.
Please note the CentOS Linux 8 content is going to be moved to
vault.centos.org in 3 days and ti will start breaking updates
https://www.centos.org/centos-linux-eol/
For moving to CentOS Stream please refer to
https://centos.org/distro-faq/#q7-how-do-i-migrate-my-centos-linux-8-inst...
For those on Alma / Rocky / RHEL, I'm going to try consuming CentOS Stream
Virtualization SIG repos there as well:
https://github.com/oVirt/ovirt-release/issues/91.
