I'm getting the same issue above, and I have done a "yum reinstall ovirt-release44", to no avail. The only other packages that are pending updates are vmconsole-proxy-helper and websocket-proxy.

The OS stll appears to be CentOS 8 - how do I perform the conversion to Stream? I can't find anything doco-wise about it.
