i tried to set the host into maintenance and then "Enroll Certificates"
from the UI
but the engine also show install failed
Please check/share relevant logs:
From the engine machine:
/var/log/ovirt-engine/* (including subdirs)
From the host:
/var/log/vdsm/*
From both:
/var/log/messages and similar (e.g. audit etc.).
