I find a way to fix this!
/etc/init.d/vdsmd stop
kill -9 "libvirtd pid"
/etc/init.d/vdsmd start
tks!
stopping vdsm or libvirtd is irrelevant. maybe you should learn
about `pkill' which doesn't need to specify pid :)
