You need to login on the engine and use 'ovirt-aaa-jdbc-tool' to create your user
and assign a password.
Once you have the user, you can assign roles to it via the web UI.

Groups'-window . Windows has 'Add'- and 'Add and close'- buttons in
the bottom. Just can't figure out how they work. Pushing either of
those Add-buttons just closes the window.
