Possibly this Fedora initiative could also help to have it both as a stable "supported" oVirt engine and hypervisor due to its planned lifecycle of 18 months: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Server ? It is not completely clear to me how does it fit with the recent announce of CentOS sponsored by Red Hat and several CentOS SIGs... but nevertheless it could bring value too... Gianluca
