[Users] VM not starting up

Hello all, First of all thank you for your help, I've finally managed to get my Cluster configured properly but now that I create VMs I'm facing another problem. Whenever I start my VM I get this error. "VM TestVm is down. Exit message: Child quit during startup handshake: Input/output error." I've googled around but haven't found any satisfactory solution.
