yes, I did the same last week.
A host reinstall is required.
When you have some custom rules for IPtables, you can also add custom rules to firewalld
via ansible:
In eninge shell, go to /etc/ovirt-engine/ansible/ and copy the example file to same dir
without example and add your necessary rules there.
I had to add one for zabbix agent:
- name: Enable zabbix port on firewalld
firewalld:
port: "10050/tcp"
permanent: yes
immediate: yes
state: enabled
Save and run reinstall on host, no engine service restart is required.

I get the following messages.
"Cluster Default uses IPTables firewall, which has been deprecated in 4.2 of the
engine, and will no longer be supported starting with version 4.3. Make sure to switch to
Firewalld before upgrading to 4.3."
If the correct way to change to firewalld edit cluster, and run reinstall?
