I guess you could try the ovs hook, but it was used as a poc only. You can play with it, but I would recommend upgrading to 4.0.2. What exactly is your setup goal?

OVS limited support is coming out in the next build (4.0.2), it is in tech-preview stage.
At the moment, there is no ovs-dpdk integration support.
