Hi,
You can reach both Admin and VM portals via the oVirt engine landing page,
under the 'Portals' section. Both links are there.
The default URL for the VM portal is: https://<engine>/ovirt-engine/web-ui
The default URL for the Admin portal is:
https://<engine>/ovirt-engine/webadmin
