According to https://access.redhat.com/solutions/3251541 (you can view it with a free red
hat developer subscription) it could be duplicate entries in
'dwh_history_timekeeping' table.
What is the output of:
/usr/share/ovirt-engine/dbscripts/engine-psql.sh -c "SELECT * FROM
dwh_history_timekeeping;"
