I managed to get Cisco ISE installed on ovirt, the checks it preforms at installation are all in the kickstart.cfg file and can be edited out. I found a good blog post detailing the changes needed but cant find it again at the moment.  The easiest thing to do might be to install it on ESXi and import the VM into ovirt from there.  Chris.
