So in case of environment already at previous 4.0.2 level do we have to run engine-setup again? Also host to patch or only engines? Thanks, Gianluca

This post release update includes only oVirt Engine SDKs so just yum/dnf update is enough. It may be applied both on nodes and manager and any other host where the sdk is used by 3rd party tools.
Thanks, Gianluca
