Yes, it has nothing to do with vdsm by far. I will look into how to update
ovirt-host-deploy host bootstrap script to install it.

Attestation server is open source, but it is expected to be deployed as a
separate service outside of ovirt engine. Ovirt engine need to integrate
with it. Host side need to deploy a host agent for attestation.
