Yes, building via Makefile, developers use maven directly.
Currently we have:
BUILD_FLAGS=-P gwt-admin,gwt-user
I guess it should be replaced it with:
BUILD_FLAGS=-P gwt-admin,gwt-user,all-langs
To build the entire feature set of application.
