[Engine-devel] problem adding local Data (first-master) storage domain

Hi,

I tried adding a local storage domain to my Local Data-Center, and it failed on a "Can't obtain lock" error. 
The storage domain hasn't been created in ovirt-engine (appeared for a second in the GUI and then disappeared, 
right after the "Can't obtain lock" error popped-up), however some content has been created in the to-be-local-
storage directory on the Host.

ovirt-engine code is latest upstream;
ovirt-engine server is fedora 18;
vdsm is on fedora 18;
vdsm version: vdsm-4.10.3-17.fc18.x86_64

vdsm.log attached.
(relevant time-stamp: 2013-07-17 16:43:46, you can look for "/tmp/ovirt-local-storage/data1").

ideas?
