[Engine-devel] Jenkins failure - findbugs failed: Timeout: killed the sub-process

i tried fixing this with alternating the timeout for mvn commnd:

clean install findbugs:findbugs -P findbugs-general -DskipTests -Dtimeout=1200000

according to http://mojo.codehaus.org/findbugs-maven-plugin/findbugs-mojo.html.

i will try increasing it even more.
