[Engine-devel] engine watchdog support - new version in gerrit

A new version of the engine watchdog support is available in gerrit. This version finished the rest-api support by adding the capabilities resources. The features listed in the feature page are ready, so if you have enough time and courage, please give it a try!

I have left the patch with [wip] because I am waiting for the end of some discussions about the technical background.
