[Devel] Edit running vm feature

1) Is there a table of all the fields in the dialog, and the capabilities?
2) there are cases in which the user would like to decide (or maybe he doesn't have permissions to do it): i.e. hot-plug: immediate or next run; (future) pin 2 host, now (now = invoke migration), or next run.
