I think that the problem is that in the VmNumaNodeResource interface you
didn't specify the @Produces annotation. As a result when you call the
GET operation the server uses the default "text/html", and then it fails
to find a writer that can convert your object to HTML. You need to add
this to annotation to the interface:

@Produces({ApiMediaType.APPLICATION_XML, ApiMediaType.APPLICATION_JSON,
ApiMediaType.APPLICATION_X_Y
