Maybe your installed otopi version is not the version that ovirt-engine.spec declares.

Did any of you encountered this problem? 

$ $HOME/ovirt-engine/bin/engine-setup 
***L:ERROR Internal error: type object 'Stages' has no attribute 'DB_CONNECTION_SETUP' 

Do you know how to work around it/fix it?
