http://resources.ovirt.org/pub/ovirt-3.5-pre/rpm/el7/ is quite empty,
I'm afraid.

Since epel 7 has
http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/beta/7/x86_64/mom-0.4.1-1.el7.noarch.rpm
you can enable it instead
