[ovirt-devel] Jenkins upgrade

Hi everyone!

I'm going to start the jenkins upgrade as soon as there are no more
jobs in the queue (will put in maintenance mode right away).

Jenkins will be down for a while (~15 minutes), but I'll also update
the plugins later and I'll have to restart again, I'll update when the
upgrade is complete.
