Oh, the issue affects upstream as well.

http://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/33007 installs
/usr/share/vdsm/rpc/vdsmapi-gluster-schema.json, but if vdsm is built
with_gluster=0, this file is not collected by anything.
http://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/33240/ should fix that.
