I downloaded and installed artifacts from Jenkins 
(http://jenkins.ovirt.org/view/Master%20branch%20per%20project/view/ovirt-engine/job/ovirt-engine_master_create-rpms_merged/label=el7/) 
and was able to successfully activate the hosted-engine-host from its 
hosted-engine on glusterfs. Nice!

I will continue testing hosted-engine-ha.
