[ovirt-devel] [RFC] Introducing VM Icons

After a discussion with Michal the proposal was changed again.
* Icons should now be stored in separate DB table to prevent data duplication.
* Both default and user defined icons are stored in database. GWT ClientBundles no longer used for icons.
