Hi Martin,

It makes sense if "it" is referring to "MAC Pool", ${type} is "MAC 
Pool", and ${entities} is "Data Center(s)".
(can't think of any other way)

All I need is to check with you to see if my interpretation is correct.

Could you please confirm this, so that I can share this with other 
translators (and they can translate it accurately)?
