[ovirt-devel] why host deploy install packages except for vdsm ?

Hi

I have noticed that host deploy installs several packages which are not
VDSM deps.
Its : tuned kexec-tools iptables-services.

If VDSM needs them maybe it can pull them in using dependencies? 
And if not why are they installed.
