[ovirt-devel] Host deploy fails due to missing Ansible playbook (engine dev env)

As an additional step ovirt-ansible has to be installed in the
development installation, please find instructions in
https://github.com/oVirt/ovirt-engine/blob/master/README.adoc#host-deploy-via-ansible
