engine: Clone Cinder disk refactor - AddVm command

In AddVmCommand, cloning of Cinder disks is now done directly and not
through CloneCinderDisksCommand.

The rollback operation of deleting the copied disk in this flow is
done in CloneSingleCinderDiskCommand.
