Jenkins backup

I think the best will be to make it backup to the other server (alterway02), so if something happens to alterway01, we'll have backup.

i propose rsync backup over nfs from alterway1 to alterway2.

we really got to get this running asap, we currently don't have backup for jenkins master afaik.
