According to Sheldon, we should use broker to receive message from the
server and the browser need to use websocket to connect the broker for
the messages. The browser will use web worker to finish the job. There
is one more thing to be noticed that web worker and websocket are
supported by HTML5 and IE 10+, if we are going to adopt this technology,
we might have to change the supported IE version from 9+ to 10+ in Kimchi.
