[Kimchi-devel] [PATCH] i18n support: Update help Makefile with new languages.

oops! My mistake! 
I thought I have sent the translated help pages in the same i18n support
patch set.

Are you (the community) interested in the translated help files? They
are not complete and maybe outdated, but can be a good point of start to
translation.
