[Kimchi-devel] [PATCH 0/5I -V4] Add multiple disks in Template, add max vcpu and topology support

V4 - Include patch with support to max vcpu and other changes in vm backend to support
     cpu hot plug in the future.
     - Fixes vm update problem (offline update was not atomic)

V3 - Addresses Aline's comments
	* fixes backend, API.md and API.json
	* fixes test cases and add new test

V2 - Rebase over latest new UI patches
