This patch already add utils method to check arch using os module.
However this class osinfo already has its own local method to get the
arch '_get_arch()' which used platform module, and this method is used
across osinfo methods (even for checking if arch is ppc), so to keep it
consistent this patch used its local method _get_arch() to check if arch
is s390x or not.
