Hi Dominic,
You can run a DB query which will unlock the VM:
update vm_dynamic set status = 0 where vm_guid in (select vm_guid from vm_static where vm_name = ' YOUR VM NAME HERE ');
Do you know why the import didn't finish, did you see something about this in the logs?
