T-Sinjon, How did you install your host? Using the "add new host" from
Engine, or is it an ovirt-node host?
We may be missing a libvirtd restart, as since
http://gerrit.ovirt.org/3269 is in, we start libvirtd explicitly during
bootstrap.
If this is reproducible, please open a detailed bug in bugzilla.
