The servers are in a remote datacenter so a PC is not really an option.
I hope the logs will be of help, please see attached.
I have removed the GZ files in each folder due to size , please let me know if you need those also.

In principle no, if one of the hosts can host all the VMs.

We'll need to get more details for a reasonable plan.

You should at least practice first on a test environment.
Any reasonable PC with enough RAM is enough for that, no need for a real server.
