The FQDN you use should be resolvable in your network, and it seems as if this
is not the case.

Mh. This is a quite old bug.
Could yo uretry with a more recent iso from:
http://jenkins.ovirt.org/job/ovirt-node_ovirt-3.5_create-iso-el7_merged/
