[ovirt-users] User portal permissions

Hello,

I’d like to use the User Portal. Unfortunately, I’ve found no documentation about setting it up.
How to give a way for a user to create and manage VMs within a quota? Which permissions should I set for Network/Storage/Cluster?

Any help is appreciated.
