Solved!
On Hosted Engine:
tail -f /var/log/ovirt-imageio-proxy/image-proxy.log
Look which Host is on 'no route to host' and firewall-cmd --permanent
--add-port=54322/tcp && firewall-cmd --reload
Uploading now and I will test!
