Why is that? In vdsm.spec.in is 'Requires: openvswitch >= 2'. Should i
change it to 2.0?

please note that vdsm-hook-ovs-4.17.2-151.git6b67464.el7.noarch is
requiring openvswitch >= 0:2 instead of openvswitch >= 2.0.
this cause a dependency resolution failure in centos where epoch is not
used.
