Currently, the "Guide Me" dialog isn't being dynamically updated according
to the relevant business entity status; i.e. you would want the "add another
disk" button in the dialog to be disabled as long as the VM is in the "Image
Locked" status, but once the VM becomes "Down", you would want the
"add another disk" button to become enabled; currently, it is not the case and
the "add another disk" button is simply always enabled.
We have
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=692450 on that. We are still not sure
regarding the exact behavior improvement that we would like to introduce here.
We plan that add disk won't lock the whole VM but only the VM disk, so
adding another disk (simultaneously) should be supported very soon.
