The URL should be in a format of http://address:port/api
for example:
if running from the command line, you can connect to it via (verify your
host address and port):
ovirt-shell -l http://localhost:8080/api -u admin@internal -c
and provide the password when prompted to.
error: [ERROR]::No response returned from server. If you're using HTTP
protocol
against a SSL secured server, then try using HTTPS instead.
